Can I return an item if I'm not happy with it?

Yes, we at Republic of Brands value your purchase and offer a hassle free return policy.

However, on certain items and/ or during promotional events we may follow a no-return or restricted return policy. Please read the offer terms and conditions carefully before placing the order.

How long do I have to return any of my order?
Within 14 working days from the date of delivery and as per the return policy.
When are 'Returns' not possible?
There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
  • 1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 14 days from delivery.
  • 2. The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • 3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • 4. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  • 5. Sale or promotional items clearly marked as such and displaying a no-return or restricted return policy.
  • 6. When the offer notes states specifically the product that cannot be returned.
How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?
Typically, courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the product.
Can I Replace or Exchange an item rather than a refund?
We do not offer an exchange or replacement service on orders. Please kindly return your order to us if you would like to exchange or replace. A refund on the original order will be granted and a new order can be placed at the customer’s convenience.
Do I get a refund if I returned my product and if I have made a credit card payment?
You won’t have to worry about your refund when you shop with We are happy to refund you the money in the form of net banking or credit card reversal. Please note that we do not refund in cash.
Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item?
You can return an item for free within 14 days from delivery date, whereby covers all the shipping charges.
I paid through Cash on Delivery, how will I receive a refund for my item?
If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the money would be refunded to your personal bank account. For security purposes, the name on the bank account and the name on your account must be the same.
How long does it take to get the money to be refunded?

Once the goods are received by us in our warehouse, we will quality check the goods and update you with confirmation within 24 hours about the refund. If the goods pass the quality check, we will immediately process the refund.

The process in case of refund to card will take 3 to 7 working days.

For refund of COD amount, once we have received your bank details we will process the deposit within 2 to 4 business days.
