No, it's not essential, you can log in as a guest. But... we really do recommend that you signup to enjoy speedier checkout, get the latest updates and best deals.

How do I know if the product I want is in stock?

If you can see it online, we have it! We'll also confirm this by e-mail once your order is with us.

The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?

We display only products that are available in our inventory but in certain cases where demand is high, we run out of stock. In this case, you could request for notification on stock available or contact our customer care center and raise a ticket to know when it will be available again.

Can I save my cart items and return later?

Yes, you can! Create your Wishlist by logging in or registering and we'll let you know if your product is in stock when you are ready to buy.

Do you ship to my country?

We are trying to reach as many people as possible, but currently we only deliver to the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

Do I have to pay extra for delivery?

There will be no additional charge for delivery within the United Arab Emirates on orders above AED 350. On orders below AED 350 there will be a nominal charge of AED 10.

For deliveries within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, there will be no charge on orders above SAR 500, KWD 50, BHD 50 and OMR 50 respectively. For orders below SAR 500, KWD 50, BHD 50 and OMR 50, there will be a nominal charge of SAR 25, KWD 2.5, BHD 2.5 or OMR 2.5 respectively.

Note: If the delivery representative demands or has charged you more than the amount mentioned on your order invoice, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance.

Fees for Cash on Delivery

Currently cash on delivery is only available in the United Arab Emirates for a nominal charge of AED 20 per order.

When will I receive my order?

Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been placed, our warehouse team will process and dispatch your order the next working day. Once dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order tracking information. We anticipate to deliver your order to you within 3 to 7 working days.

If I order more than one product in a single order, will they all be delivered together?

Yes, all your products will be delivered together if they have all been ordered in one single order.

Tracking Your Order and related Shipment

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a tracking link to your registered e-mail with the link. You can follow the link to track the status of your order shipment. You can alternatively log in to the account page on to access the order details.

Out of delivery areas

We are trying our best to deliver our order to your doorstep. Unfortunately there certain locations that cannot be covered by us due to certain limitations.

The following locations within the United Arab Emirates are "out of delivery" areas wherein a direct delivery is unavailable

Non Delivery Areas in Abu Dhabi vicinity, Musaffah, GAMCO (Gulf Aircraft maintenance co), Airport terminal 1, After airport site office, Al bahia, Al Khatam, Al Khazna, Al Raha, Al Rahba, Al Saad, Al Samha, Al Sila, Al Watba, Areas starting with telephone number 51******, Bainoona, Baniyas, Beda Zayed, Buhasa, Ghayati, Habshan, Jabel Dhana, Journ ya Four, Liwa, Madinat Zayed City, Mafraq, Mirfa, Mohd Bin Zayed City, Ruwais, Sahamah, Sila, Suwehan, Tarif, Taweelah, Yahar, Asab, Yas Island, Gandoot,Sir Baniyas,Guwaifath,Das Island,Musaffah-ICAD City 2, Al Wagan, Al Hayer, Al Remah, Shuhaib, Al Oha, Zakher, Maqam, Hill, Meyzad (after camp) ,

Deliveries cannot be made to islands that come under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction, all security-controlled zones, and defense areas. As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at the Aramex Abu Dhabi office for the consignee's collection between 0730-1930 hrs.

What if my stuff is damaged/wrong/different from what I ordered when it arrives?

Hopefully, this won't happen! We always carry out quality checks and ensure your products are carefully packed and delivered to you in perfect condition. Just in case your order arrives damaged, do not worry, contact our customer service with your order ID and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my online order?

It's okay to change your mind, just contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Additionally, you can also access your order page and request for an order cancellation.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only before it is shipped. The option will be unavailable once the order has been processed and the order is shipped.

  • 4. Click on Cancel Order.
Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer an exchange option on orders. If you would like to exchange, please kindly return your order to us within 14 days from receiving it. A refund on the original order will be granted and a new order can be placed at the your convenience.

How does the Return Policy Work?

To initiate a return please follow these steps:

  • 1. Initiate a Return within 14 days of receiving the order via My Orders page/screen, click on Return Item.
  • 2. Schedule Pick-up
  • 3. A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
  • 4. Return the Item
  • 5. Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
  • 6. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the package has been received, our returns department will inspect the product and process the return if the product is still in its original condition.

We appreciate your understanding that this process can take several days to complete. Rest assured we will aim to process your return as quickly as possible.

Once returns have been granted, a refund will be made to the card/account utilized for the purchase transaction within 3 to 7 working days.

If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us with your order number and name, using any of the options on the contact us page, so that we can follow this up for you.

What payment options do you accept? accepts prepaid payments using credit and debit cards issues by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB and Samsung Pay. We also provide cash on delivery service within UAE only for a small fee of 20 AED per order.

What currency is available through the website?

Depending on your location when accessing the website, prices might be visible in AED, SAR, KWD, BHD or OMR. You will be unable to select a preferred currency for payment; the currency is automatically determined by your location when placing the order.

Do you charge VAT?

Depending on the country of delivery VAT may be applicable in accordance to the respective legislation of such country. If applicable VAT amount paid for the order will be mentioned during the checkout and also in the order invoice for your reference and documentation.

How to use a coupon code while checkout?

Coupon codes are promotional codes that you can use to avail a discount. Once you have added the products to the cart and ready for checkout, you can enter the coupon code in the coupon code field and apply it to receive the promotion on your order.

Please ensure that you use the code as displayed in the coupon without any changes. Please read the terms and conditions of the offer before redeeming them.

All coupon codes released by are subjected to the terms and conditions of that particular offer or the general coupon code policy of The coupon codes can be used only on specific products and there might be restrictions on other product purchases.

Can I use a discount code on multiple products or multiple codes on a single purchase?

According to the offers, you might or might not be able to apply multiple coupon codes to a single purchase order and same is applicable to products. In case a particular coupon code cannot be redeemed for specific product, you will get a notification about the restrictions.
